When I read nine out of ten of these top ten cities had more than 150 buiildngs certified Energy Star in 2010, I can’t help but think that the figure is far too low. I would rather read that these cities had less than 150 buiildngs remaining to be Energy Star certified. It makes me worry for the future of my son, who is only 16 months old.Thank you.Ariel
